As Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Chris Jann is responsible for the growth and success of Medicus IT's employees and its customers while driving the overall strategic direction and operational success of the company.
Chris is a seasoned executive with 20+ years of experience in people management, technology, technology services, and consulting. Chris has led Medicus IT to becoming one of the top healthcare-focused managed services providers in the US. Before founding Medicus IT, Chris led Enterprise Implementations of a nationwide electronic medical records (EMR) company, Aprima, based just outside Dallas, Texas. Chris previously served as a Technology Consultant for Fortune 100 company MassMutual Financial Group, part of a nationwide team testing, deploying, and supporting new technologies.
Chris obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems from Georgia Southern University and a Master of Business Administration in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix.
When Chris is not with his Medicus IT family, he spends his time with his most important family; wife Lauren and children Carter, Brody, and Alexa.
Chief Operating Officer
As the Chief Operating Officer of Medicus IT, Steven Losefsky is responsible for the growth and day-to-day success of the company’s leadership team as well as the driving of technologies to help deliver upon the overall strategic direction and operational success of the company.
Steven is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with 20+ years of experience in management, technology, technology services, consulting, and strategic planning. Steven has worked closely with the Executive team to help lead Medicus IT to becoming one of the top healthcare-focused managed services providers in the US. Before joining Medicus IT, Steven was the founder and CEO of Information Strategy Design, based out of Phoenix, Arizona. Steven previously served as the VP of Operations for a national real estate investment and property management firm.
Steven obtained his Bachelor of Music with a concentration in Studio Engineering from Susquehanna University and a Master of Business Administration in Economics from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
When Steven is not with his Medicus IT family, he enjoys general aviation and spends his time with his wife and three great kids.

Mike is a seasoned executive with 17+ years of experience in people management, technology, technology services, and consulting. Mike has been with Medicus IT for 10+ years and has helped Medicus IT to becoming one of the top healthcare-focused managed services providers in the US. Before joining Medicus IT, Mike led IT operations for AirWatch. Mike previously served as a Technology Consultant for Fortune 100 company MassMutual Financial Group, part of a nationwide team testing, deploying, and supporting new technologies.
Mike obtained his Bachelor of Science of Business from the University of Phoenix and a Master of Business Administration in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix.
When Mike is not with his Medicus IT family, he is an avid traveler, enjoys boating and scuba diving.

As the Chief Innovation Officer, Dave utilizes his 24+ years of IT experience in the healthcare environment to create innovative improvements to internal processes. These improvements ensure a consistent, efficient experience for our clients. He brings expertise in network system design, Cloud computing, EHR hosting, Data virtualization, Storage area network, Citrix, customer service, project management, VMWare implementation engineer, Scale Computing certified engineer, MCDSP, MC, and a HITPRO certified Technical Support Specialist.
Dave Patel completed a Bachelor of Science in Information System Technology from UCF. Dave loves spending time with his wife, daughter, and son. Dave's purpose statement, "Be a student on a journey seeking, serving, and solving problems to maximize my impact."

Sunita Arora is a Services leader with strong consulting experience in several industry verticals with the most recent focus on healthcare. She has a strong technical background including web development, ERP systems, and a passion for Agile practices to create innovative solutions and high-performing teams. Within Healthcare she has worked on implementing Content Management Systems for large hospitals in the US and Canada; has consulted with payers on technology projects and most recently led the onsite support and training team of a premier cloud-based, SaaS Electronic Medical Records and Revenue Cycle Management company for ambulatory practices and health systems. She is adept at scaling service teams, implementing best practices and repeatable processes with a mission to bring efficiency in healthcare so providers and clinical staff can focus on patients.
Sunita holds an MBA in Information Technology and International Business as well as a Master of Science in Environmental Health and Chemistry. She lives in Alpharetta with her husband and two sons.

At age 3, Tim Hebert had big dreams of growing up to become a superhero. He pictured donning the cape, harnessing his innate ability to fly and warding off evil to protect the innocent. He had all the characteristics needed to become a successful superhero—high energy, a love of adventure and a devout admiration for the greatest superhero of all time… Wolverine.
Somewhere along the way—and after many failed attempts to fly—Tim learned that superpowers can come in all shapes and sizes and that his special power was igniting the leadership spark in those around him. Tim views the business world differently. He sees a world in which:
• Circular, top-down, bottom-up leadership becomes the norm
• Lessons relating to empowerment, accountability and strengths-based learning are prioritized
• Innovation and transformation are prioritized above “business as is” mentalities
• The journey from self-reflection to self-reliance is reached

As a business owner, workshop leader, published author and community leader, Tim has explored and defined the principles surrounding intentional leadership over the past three decades. Most recently, as CEO and President of Atrion—a leading IT services firm that grew to $160-million, 260-plus employees before he sold the company—Tim created and ran an organization centered on strong, healthy culture, empowered employees and shared vision. Under Tim’s tenure, Atrion became an employer of choice, named one of Rhode Island’s “Best Places to Work” companies for seven straight years. Atrion was also recognized on the Inc. 5000 List of fastest growing private companies for eight years in a row and CRN’s 2016 Fast Growth 150 List.
Most recently, Tim serves as CEO and Founder of Trilix. He has spoken on the topics of intentional leadership, culture and change at several New England symposiums, from Atrion’s AlwaysOn Leadership Symposium to NERCOMP’s annual conference to SIM meet-ups. He published works have appeared on IDG Contributor Network, BTOES Insights, Channel Reseller and CRN. Tim’s first book will be published in Fall of 2021.
He has also taken significant leadership roles as a mentor through Rhode Island’s Academy of Career Exploration, a Trustee for the Rhode Island Public Expenditure Council, a Director of the Rhode Island Commerce Corporation, and a board member for several non-profits including Boy Scouts of America-Narragansett Council, Tech Collective, and Rhode Island Museum of Science and Art (RIMOSA). Tim has served his country as a member of the United States Air Force.
When is not busy speaking, writing and running a company, you’ll find him seeking out his next big climb (South America is next), hopping a plane to explore someplace new and making sure his office mini-fridge of Diet Coke is always stocked.

As the Vice President of Finance, West Ferry works cross-departmentally to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of financial reporting, analysis, and planning. He is passionate about process improvement, finding organizational efficiencies, and executing company strategy. Prior to joining Medicus, West held various accounting and financial management positions at multiple technology companies.
West earned his BBA in Finance from Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia, and then focused his concentrations in Accounting to become a CPA in the state of Georgia.
Outside the office, he can be found enjoying the outdoors and helping coach his four daughters’ various sports.

Nelson Gomes is an information technology veteran with 30-plus years of IT experience. He is the Senior Vice President of Business Development and General Manager of New Jersey for Medicus IT (MIT), an award-winning healthcare-focused managed services provider with locations in Georgia, Arizona, Florida, and New Jersey. MIT's success is attributable to its commitment to always doing what is right for clients by developing a team of expert technicians dedicated to making IT support simple, giving organizations confidence in their compliance. MIT was named to the Inc. Top 5000 fastest-growing private companies and MSPmentor 501 leading MSP organizations list five consecutive years and has earned many other accolades.
Nelson brings impressive knowledge and extensive experience to his position at MIT, which sees him focused on enhancing client relations and bolstering MIT's healthcare authority while driving business development opportunities for the organization. He spent more than 20 years building meaningful, long-term relationships with clients, healthcare organizations, and partner vendors as founder and leader of PriorityOne Group (P1). Founded in 1997, P1 was an award-winning Rutherford, N.J.-based provider of integrated managed IT services to healthcare organizations. Key to P1's success was Nelson's and the company's unwavering commitment to core values that guided the company's decision-making. In 2019, P1 merged with MIT.
Nelson is recognized as an industry thought leader. He is frequently called upon for his healthcare IT expertise by professional groups, associations, and publications. Nelson regularly speaks at national, state, and local meetings, and is also a frequent source and contributor to well-known publications.
Outside of his work, philanthropy is important to Nelson. He serves on the St. Joseph's Regional Medical Center Foundation Board, serves as an officer for the New York chapter of Ingram Micro Trust X Alliance NY, and oversees company participation in numerous community service activities throughout the New York/New Jersey metro area.

Tony is a highly resourceful trailblazer with wide-ranging business experience delivering high-value technical solutions in complex healthcare environments. The foundation of Tony’s experience is his passion to serve. Tony is a CSU Fresno graduate with a focus on agricultural science, industrial technology, and robotics, he is also a decorated US Air Force Gulf War veteran serving in the Middle East, South America, and Europe. In his work life, Tony has accelerated rapidly to senior roles for global business healthcare companies like Siemens Healthcare and Varian Oncology. Tony found his passion to serve was realized when he teamed up with Adrian Williams, HITCare cofounder, and started delivering EHR consulting and managed IT services for the community health center market where their services reached populations in need and helped them to achieve greater health outcomes. Tony takes his passion and cutting-edge experiences in Health IT, electronic systems, mechanics, finance and business and pairs them with human engagements; where he draws from multiple disciplines bringing together decision-makers, leveraging relationships, and leading them to clear and most highly valued solutions.
Tony’s commitment to excellence combined with his unwavering optimism makes him a results-oriented champion with solid experience in creating cohesive and rational solutions that deliver sound results.

Jim Martindell is the Director of Operations at Medicus IT: The Healthcare IT Specialist. Preventive, strategic, and deeply experienced, Medicus IT works to increase the wellness of medical practices’ vital technologies, helping practices all over the US stop triaging their IT problems and get preventive. Our job: to turn tech that can be a burden into systems and proactive solutions that make a real difference for practitioners and patients every day.
As the Director of operations, Jim is responsible for the Purchasing, Administration, and Integrations departments. Experienced in People Management, Process Development, Project Management, and all aspects of Network Engineering, Jim’s focus is motivating the staff of these internal departments into successfully supporting all other company departments.
With over 20+ years of experience in technology, management, and people development, Jim understands the environment through a multifaceted lens. Having developed processes and solutions for technical staff as well as Purchasing, Sales, Finance, HR, and Customer Service, Jim is able to streamline functionality, boost morale, and drive efficiency, as well as anticipate the workflow needs of all other teams within the company. Jim’s professional pride resides in driving best-in-class experience to the exterior by providing a positive, equipped, and well-prepared interior. Jim became part of the Medicus IT team in 2019 when they acquired PriorityOne Group, where Jim served as Director of Operations for 8 years.
When Jim is not busy loving his job, he’s busy loving his wife, Becky, and full-grown children, RJ, Matthew, Mary, Alyssa, and finally, granddaughter Sophia.

As Director of the Medicus IT Client Success Team, Michele is responsible for ensuring we are delivering a “World Class Client Experience” by exceeding our client expectations and strategic delivering consistent customer support.
Michele Liebau is an experienced customer service advocate as she takes pride in providing the best client experience in the industry. As a Director of Client Success, her goals include 100% client retention through delivering a world-class client experience. As a previous Director of Operations for Information Strategy Design, Michele brings over 20 years of MSP and customer service knowledge to the Medicus IT team.
In her off time, Michele enjoys spending time with her family and pets.
Director of People Services
As the Director of People Services, Christie Conley provides executive-level leadership and guidance related to organizational development, strategic staffing, performance management, employment law, employee relations, and compensation and benefits. Her role within MIT serves as the core driver of company culture by developing and implementing policies that align with the company mission, core values, and operational achievement.
MIT's success is attributable to its commitment to making people our priority. Christie has over a decade of experience in people management, strategic planning, and employment advocacy. Developing and mentoring others is an intricate part of People Services, and Christie is passionate about team member growth. In addition to elevating the careers of our current team members, Christie dedicates time to local technical colleges and Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) as a panel speaker and scholarship judge.
Before finding her forever home as part of the Medi-family, Christie gained enormous insights and enjoyed team collaboration with Human Resource counter-parts in a variety of other industries. Experiences in industries such as mortgage default, automotive, and office furniture help provide a different perspective in the technology field and encourage innovative thought.
Christie obtained a dual degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology from the University of Georgia and is currently working on her Juris Master for employment law at Florida State University.
When Christie is not cheering her Georgia Bulldogs on to victory during football season, she soaks up time with her husband James, daughter SuttonRose, and two dogs.

Our job: to turn tech that can be a burden into systems and proactive solutions that make a real difference for practitioners and patients every day.
Andrew has worked in the IT Industry for over 15 years, the majority of those in Managed Services, where he spends his time coaching and developing managers and engineers to their fullest potential. He enjoys helping clients strategically apply IT best practices to their businesses to increase reliability and efficiency. His love for problem-solving drives him to often help industry peers think strategically and work through their issues. He is a Georgia native who graduated from Georgia Southern University, where he met his spouse. Andrew enjoys landscape photography, fishing, and spending time traveling with his family.

Michael began his telecom career with AT&T in 1992. In 1995 he started Clear Choice Telephones. The company sold phone systems, low voltage cabling and carrier services. Clear Choice grew to over 1000 active customers, became a gold dealer for Mitel, and was voted one of the top 5 places to work in Atlanta.
In 2020 Michael and his wife, Jane, sold Clear Choice to Medicus. He now works as the General Manager for Voice Services.
