John is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with over 25 years of experience leading, growing, and transforming IT service organizations. His expertise spans many highly regulated and complex industries, with a focus on healthcare.

John founded and served as President of Radical Support, an Atlanta-based pioneer in fixed-fee managed services and cloud computing specializing in complete IT outsourcing for high growth businesses. Under his leadership, the company grew quickly, was consistently ranked as a top MSP in the industry, and was acquired by Computer Design & Integration, LLC in 2010.

At CDI, John led the Cloud and Managed Services division through a period of explosive growth. He oversaw the worldwide service desk, delivering 24×7 monitoring, management, and helpdesk support, as well as cloud hosting across seven data centers, which provided mission-critical infrastructure hosting and disaster recovery services.

John attended the University of Georgia and is an avid Bulldawgs football fan.  When not spending time with his family, he enjoys being outdoors golfing, hiking, biking, and any activity on the water.
