Client Communications Cheat Sheet

We can provide credentials to log in to our client portal, which is accessible from the Client Access menu in the upper right-hand corner of our website. Here you can submit tickets, as well as view notes or status updates on existing tickets.

Send an email to to automatically open a support ticket in our queue; this is often the preferred method to contact us.

Click the orange Medicus IT icon in your computer’s system tray to submit a ticket directly from your computer. Let us know if you need help with this!

Call our help desk at 888.572.2201, for tech support. Please call us for urgent or emergency issues. For after-hours support, please call our direct number and leave a voicemail and a Medi-Expert will call you back shortly.

To ensure we categorize your ticket correctly, please include as much information as possible in your ticket. The more information, the better. This allows us to identify potential issues quickly and to accurately categorize your ticket, which allows for quick resolutions for you.
